Notice for the use of Multitenancy in Sigma

You are solely responsible for creating, configuring, and managing tenant organizations (“Tenants”) and permissions, limitations, and enablements related to Multitenancy (“Permissions”), including all handling, use, disclosure, sharing, or transfer of any data, workbooks, templates, charts, reports, exports, or any other information or assets you provide to Tenants, or otherwise use with the Multitenancy feature (“Tenancy Data”). If you request, enable, or otherwise set Permissions authorizing the transfer of or access to Tenancy Data between Tenants (or between the parent organization and Tenants) that are located in different regions (“Cross-Border Tenancy”), you understand and agree that Sigma may access, use, host, transfer, and process Tenancy Data (including any personal data therein) for the purposes of facilitating the Cross-border Tenancy. Sigma will have no responsibility or liability arising out of, or related to Permissions, Cross-Border Tenancy, or your handling of Tenancy Data.
