Search for content in your organization
Use global search in Sigma to locate content in your organization, including:
- Workbooks
- Reports
- Templates
- Folders
- Workspaces
- Database tables
- Data models
Sigma ranks search results based on text relevance, prior user activity, content engagement, badge status, and favorite counts. These signals allow the search engine to consider organizational popularity, peer behavior, and endorsements—not just keyword matches—when surfacing results.
User requirements
You must have, at minimum, view access to content to see it in search results. For example, you can only see a specific workbook in search results if you have Can view access (or greater) to that workbook.
