Restrict export recipients

Sigma Admins can control which domains can receive emails, Google Sheets, and Google Drive exports from Sigma. If no domains specified as authorized, users can export reports to any email address.

Requirements

• Only Sigma Admins can restrict export recipients.

Restrict domains

1. Open your Sigma Admin Portal. 
2. Go to Authentication > Export Authentication.
   
   Authorized Domains: None means that your organization members are permitted to export reports to any email address.
   If any domains are listed under Authorized Domains, your organization members are limited to emailing addresses belong only to specified those domains. 
3. Click Edit.
4. Enter your authorized domain(s).
   If entering multiple domains, separate each value with a comma.
   
5. Click Save.
