Sigma offers a free 7-day trial to give you hands-on access to agentic analytics, automated workflows, pixel-perfect reports, and more. You can connect to your own data platform or use the Sigma sample connection to explore and model data, build AI apps, and collaborate with your team.

When your trial ends, you can contact the Sales team or reach out to your Sigma Account Executive to discuss a trial extension or subscription options.

Sign up for a Sigma trial

Sign up to create a trial organization and user profile.

  1. Go to sigmacomputing.com/go/free-trial.

  2. Complete the required form fields, then click Start trial.

  3. In your inbox, open the email from Sigma Computing, and click Verify email address.

  4. The email link opens the company sign-up page. Enter your company name and a custom organization URL (where trial organization members will sign in).

  5. If you plan to connect your trial organization to your own data platform, edit the default cloud host and region. Click Edit, then choose the cloud host your data platform uses and the region geographically closest to you.

  6. Click Continue to proceed to the Create your profile form.

  7. Enter your first name, last name, and password, then click Create. Your email is autopopulated with the email provided in step 2.

When your trial organization is successfully created, your 7-day trial begins immediately. You can start clicking around to explore Sigma, or use the in-product trial guide for suggestions on where to start.

You can connect your organization to your own data during your trial, but this requires you to have appropriate permissions and credentials to your data platform (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Databricks, and others). If you want to explore Sigma without connecting to your own data platform, you can use the Sigma sample connection, which is available by default.

You can also reach out to your Sigma Account Executive directly.

After your trial ends:

  • Users cannot log in until your organization is reactivated through an extension or upgrade.
  • Workbooks, data models, and configurations are preserved and become accessible again when your organization is reactivated.
  • Data platform connections and credentials are retained and don’t need to be reconfigured when your organization is reactivated.
  • Data written to a connected data platform is unaffected. Sigma does not modify or delete data in connected data platforms.
