Notice for the use of the Sigma plugin

Sigma publishes the Sigma plugin as open source under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (“License”). This plugin is not a part of the Sigma Services that are provided to you (the Customer or a User using Sigma Services on behalf of the Customer) under the Customer Agreement. Instead, this plugin is made available for use by the general public under the License. Accordingly, Sigma’s provision of the Sigma plugin and your access, installation, and use of the plugin are governed by the License, not the Customer Agreement. The Customer Agreement however remains applicable and governs your use of the Sigma Services, including any features and functionalities within the Sigma Services (e.g., Sigma REST API).
