Download or export a data element

Export types and limitations

Sigma has a 1 million row export limit for all exports. If your data exceeds the limit, Sigma trims it to 1 million rows.

There are size limits for exports based on file type. For details see Download, export, and upload limitations.

Download a data element

1. Select the element.
2. From the element's menu, click More.
   
3. Select Export.
4. From the DOWNLOAD section, select a format option. 
   The available format options depend on the type of element.
   

Export a data element

1. Select the element.
2. From the element's menu, click More.
   
3. Select Export.
4. From the SEND section, select either Send now or Schedule exports.
