To add a filter to your data, click the filter icon at the top of the screen then +Add a New Filter. You can also choose ‘Filter…’ from the column menu. A new filter will be added, with multiple options to choose from.
First, choose the column to Filter By. If you use the column menu to open the filter panel, that column will be automatically selected. Next, choose the type of filter to apply.
By default, this is the option selected. The values that you choose are the values that will be included in the graph. If you check the “Include Nulls” box, Nulls will be included in the graph.
All of the selected values will be excluded from the graph.
Ranks the data in the selected column and shows the max number indicated in the filter.
If there are ties at the end of the indicated range, the filter may display more than the indicated number of rows.
The selected range that will be displayed. This can be a date range or a range of numbers.
A time period relative to the current UTC time will be displayed. First you choose a unit of time, either Years, Months, Weeks, Days, Hours, Minutes, or Seconds. You can then choose Previous, Next, or To Date.
If you choose ‘Months’ as the unit, you can then choose ‘previous’ and indicate 3 to show the previous 3 months of user data.
If you choose ‘Weeks’ and ‘Next Week’ you can show all of the shipments scheduled to go out in the next week.
If you choose ‘Years’ and ‘Year to Date’ it will show all of the data in the year to date.
