      What cloud is my Sigma organization using?

Web Browser

The latest version of the Chrome Web Browser is recommended. Other browsers and versions are not extensively tested. If you encounter issues with any of the listed browsers, please let us know by contacting support.

Minimum Browser Versions

Chrome —  80.0

Safari — 13.0

Firefox  — 91.0

Edge — 80.0

Opera — 79.0

 

Hardware Requirements

Sigma will run on any Desktop or Notebook computer that supports a modern web browser. Dashboards are mobile friendly.

We recommend using Sigma at 1024x768 screen resolution or above.

Data Warehouses

Snowflake, BigQuery, RedShift, Postgres, and Databricks.

User Authentication and Security

Sigma uses Security Assertion Markup Language 2.0 (SAML 2.0), a widely adopted security protocol for single sign on. We integrate with any provider that supports SAML 2.0. If you are a Snowflake user, you may also configure OAuth with Snowflake

Cloud Service Options

The cloud platform provider that your organization is hosted on is selected at the time of organization creation and cannot be changed at a later date.

By default unless specified otherwise, new Sigma organizations will be hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) US region.

Sigma organizations are also able to be hosted on: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) US region, Amazon Web Services (AWS) Canada region, and Microsoft Azure (AZURE) US region.
