By default, frontend access to your Sigma cluster(s) is open to all source IPs. You have the option to restrict access only to certain IP addresses. To restrict access, gather the following information, and contact our Support team.
Forgotten password
If you forget your password, and your organization does not implement an identity provider, you can request a password reset from the Sigma login page. Follow these steps:
-
On the login page, select Forgot password?
-
Follow the steps in the modal to request a password reset.
- Sigma sends an email to your account to confirm and complete the password re-set.
- Due to GDRP and privacy requirements, Sigma users in Europe and Australia/APAC don't have access to the Audit logging feature.
- Does not support the Upload CSV feature.
- Does not support the Private link feature.
