Update organization translation file with variant

put https://api.sigmacomputing.com/v2/translations/organization/{lng}/{lng_variant}

This endpoint updates the translation file for the specified custom translation (lng_variant) for a locale (lng).

Retrieve the lng and lng_variant by calling the /v2/translations/organization endpoint.
