Delete a user attribute.

Usage notes

To perform this operation, you must use API credentials owned by a user assigned the Admin account type.
Retrieve the userAttributeId by calling the /v2/user-attributes endpoint.
This action permanently removes the user attribute from the organization and cannot be undone.
