Delete a JSON Web Key

Delete a single JSON Web Key from a set.

Usage notes

  • To perform this operation, you must use API credentials owned by a user assigned the Admin account type.
  • The currently active key cannot be deleted. Activate a different key first.

Usage scenarios

  • Key rotation: Remove a retired key once its rotation overlap window has passed.
