Usage notes

• Retrieve the policyId by calling the /v2/sourceSwapPolicies endpoint.
• Retrieve the connectionId to use as the fromConnectionId by calling the /v2/connections endpoint.
• Retrieve the userAttributeId to use in the swaps object by calling the /v2/user-attributes endpoint.
