# Notice for the use of Secret Managers in Sigma

> Legal notice for Sigma secret manager integrations: your responsibilities for selecting, connecting, and using a Secret Manager.

You (the Customer, or a User acting on behalf of the Customer) may use secret manager integrations (“Secret Manager(s)”) to manage your Secrets securely within your own infrastructure. By integrating or using a Secret Manager, you understand and agree that:

1. The Secret Manager is a Third-Party Application that is not owned, controlled, or otherwise endorsed by Sigma. You are solely responsible for properly selecting, connecting, and configuring the Secret Manager, and for all decisions and actions concerning or stemming from your use of the Secret Manager.

2. Sigma is not responsible for, and will have no liability or other obligation of any kind arising out of or related to, (a) the Secret Manager or your use thereof, (b) any handling, security, use, disclosure, or transfer of Secrets by or through the Secret Manager, or (c) any use, disclosure, transfer, loss, modification, or deletion of any data within any the Third-Party Application that the Secrets relate to.
