# Notice for using migration skills for Sigma

Migration skills for Sigma are distributed through the [sigma-migration-skills](https://github.com/sigmacomputing/sigma-migration-skills) repository (“**Skills**”). These Skills are published as open source under the [Apache License, Version 2.0](https://www.apache.org/licenses/LICENSE-2.0) (“**Skills License**”). Skills are not a part of

Sigma Services

, as provided to you (the

Customer

or a

User

using the Service on behalf of the Customer) under the

Customer Agreement

. Instead, these Skills are made available for use by the general public under the Skills License. Accordingly, Sigma’s provision of the Skills and your access, installation, and use of the Skills are governed by the Skills License, not the Customer Agreement. The Customer Agreement however remains applicable and governs your use of the Service, including any features and functionalities within the Service (e.g., [Sigma REST API](/docs/notice-for-sigma-api)).
