# Manage embed user settings (Beta)

> Enable embed users to export workbook content to Slack, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint using your organization's existing integration.

This documentation describes one or more public beta features that are in development. Beta features are subject to quick, iterative changes; therefore the current user experience in the Sigma service can differ from the information provided in this page.

This page should not be considered official published documentation until Sigma removes this notice and the beta flag on the corresponding feature(s) in the Sigma service. For the full beta feature disclaimer, see [Beta features](/docs/sigma-product-releases#beta-features).

By default, embed users cannot export embedded workbook content to Slack, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint. You can allow embed users to export to these destinations using the same integration configured for internal users in your organization.

Only users of JWT-signed secure embeds can export content to configured destinations. Users of public embeds cannot export to Slack, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint even when the settings to allow export for embed users are turned on.

## Requirements

* You must be assigned the Admin account type.
* The [Slack integration](/docs/manage-slack-integration) or [Microsoft integration](/docs/manage-microsoft-integration) must already be configured for your organization.

To successfully export to one of the allowed destinations, an embed user must also be assigned an [account type](/docs/account-type-and-license-overview) with the **Export to Slack** or **Export to Microsoft Teams and SharePoint** permission enabled. For more details, see [Export to Slack](/docs/export-to-slack), [Export to Microsoft Teams](/docs/export-to-microsoft-teams), or [Export to Microsoft SharePoint](/docs/export-to-microsoft-sharepoint).

## Limitations

One Sigma organization can only connect to one Slack workspace or one Microsoft organization. As a result, when you allow export for embed users, all embed users export to the same Slack workspace or Microsoft organization.

If you want embed users to export to different Slack workspaces or Microsoft organizations, consider setting up Sigma Tenants to separate users into distinct tenant organizations, each with their own configurations. For more details, see [Sigma Tenants](/docs/multitenancy-at-sigma).

## Allow export for embed users

To allow embed users to export to Slack, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint:

1. In the **Administration** portal, select **Embeds**.
2. Select the **Settings** tab.
3. Under **Export settings**, turn on the toggle for the destination you want to allow:

   * **Allow Slack export for embed users**
   * **Allow Microsoft Teams and SharePoint export for embed users**

After you enable the destination, embed users with the relevant permissions see the Slack, Microsoft Teams, or SharePoint export option in the embedded document.
